A classic dish from Puglia. A hearty orecchiette pasta with a traditional Bolognese sauce and a rich tomato base. Comforting and satisfying.

Penne Al Pomodoro*
Penne sautéed with fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil, topped with grated Pecorino cheese. A quick flavourful vegetarian dish.
